Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-In: Begins at 3:00 PM and ends at midnight.

A valid photo ID and credit/debit card are required.

Guests can enjoy resort amenities even if the room isn't ready, and will receive a wristband for access.
Check-Out: Must be completed by 12:00 PM (noon).
Late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Transportation Information
Mango Weddings can help arrange round-trip transportation between the airport and your hotel for $45 USD per person.

All rates shown below are per room, per night, based on the specified occupancy. Children 5 - 12 years old stay for free when sharing a room with a paying adult: (1 free child per 1 paying adult - maximum 2 free children per room). Additional children per room are charged at rates listed below. Children under 5 stay free when sharing a room with paying adults.
Rates are in USD and include all taxes and fees, except for the mandatory environmental tax, which will be collected at check-in. This tax is approximately $70 MXN (around $3.68 USD) per room, per night, and is subject to change without notice.

Booking Information

Your room is not confirmed until we receive your $100 deposit.
All rooms must be booked and deposited by September 21st, 2025.

Final payments will be automatically charged to the same card used for your deposit unless you request a change in payment method before the due date.
IMPORTANT:
Your card will show a charge from "ALG Vacations/Travel Impressions."
Please do not file a fraud claim. You are responsible for any fees due to chargebacks.
Refund Policy:

Full refund available until December 31st, 2025.

After that, cancellation penalties may apply.

Booking becomes 100% non-refundable on February 5th, 2026.
Change Policy:

After December 31st, 2025, any changes (names, dates, room types) incur a $100 change fee plus any rate differences.

No changes allowed within 14 days of travel.
